FlashMeeting Command Line Chart

The chart below lists the commands that can be entered into public and private text chat.
All commands are preceeded by two @ symbols at the start of the text line.
Different commands are available depending on whether you enter as a Guest, 'Signed In', or the meeting 'Moderator' (at present the meeting 'booker').

Type the commands in the table below into the public chat to change your own FlashMeeting.

chat clear		Clear all text from your chat window
chat down		Scroll your chat text down
chat up		Scroll your chat text up
chat top		Scroll to the top of your chat text
chat end		Scroll to the end of your chat text
admin info	info	Display information about FlashMeeting and your hardware (in the chat window)
a xx		Insert an annotation for the Memo replay that also appears in the chat {xx = annotation}
as xx		Insert a 'silent' annotation for the Memo replay that does not appear in the chat {xx = annotation}
note		Open the annotation creation window (must be Signed In)

Additional Moderator Commands targeting individuals

In addition to the commands above, moderators of a FlashMeeting can use the commands listed in the table below. We do not allow moderators to change users votes, etc. We only permit commands that make sense for support functions. For functions targeting other users, type the command into the private chat of the target person.

admin mic info		Get a person's microphone information (may take a while)
admin mic gain xx		Set a person's microphone gain {xx = 0-100}
admin camera info		Get a person's camera information (may take a while)
admin disconnect		Disconnect a person from the meeting
admin bar		Bar a person from the meeting
admin whiteboard info	admin board info	Does the person have their FlashBoard open? (may take a while)
broadcast	b	Make another Broadcast or join the queue
interrupt	i	Make another Broadcast by interrupting the current broadcaster
help	h	Make another open the command help web page
url xx		Make another open the sent URL in a browser window {xx = the url}
make moderator		Make another into a moderator for this meeting (available commands depend on 'status')

Additional Moderator Commands targeting ALL users

Some commands make sense for support functions for all users. For functions targeting ALL users, type the command into the public chat.

IMPORTANT Etiquette: Moderators are advised to use 'All' commands sparingly and ideally when 'Broadcasting' so that they can explain to others what is happening.

Other commands:

### - Insert a non silent annotation, type at the start of a chat line to create a time-stamped annotation that will appear in the text chat and in the meeting replay. Can also use @@a command (see above).
*** - Insert a silent annotation, type at the start of a chat line to create a time-stamped annotation that will appear in the meeting replay but NOT in the text chat. Can also use @@as command (see above).

Page Up and Down Keys mimic clicking the Broadcast button.
Mute/Un-mute your own microphone by clicking on the Audio button in prefs while holding down the 'm' key.
Hold down Ctrl key and click on a person's thumbnail to force them to Broadcast (works only when you're Broadcasting).
Hold down Alt key and click on a person's thumbnail to 'kick' a person (works only if you booked the meeting).
